Air transportation accident at Indonesia (mention one case). Why it happens and how to solve the problem

i will say about my metion is
                            air transpotasion accidint in indonesia 
as we know indonesia is a beutiful country and there is so many of air crash in
indonesia and its  happen because there is so many reason the last air cras plan in indonesia is Cargo plane crashed in the Ivory Coast Sea, 4 people killed
and the mous famous air crash in indonesia is AIRASIA QZ8501
from the all air cras ther is a reason there is a 
fail engin
weather factor
human eror
Deliberate
and many but not all of when plan take off and have a problem at the plan the will cras there is a sole of their problem there is a
repair and check engin bbefore take off
pilots are not influenced by liquor
and always keep safe by not bring a dager object to the plan
